Live Pitches

Beginning at 5 p.m. companies enter the stage and pitch their companies, jobs and projects 6 minutes in front of preselected Software Developers. Q&A sessions follow, in which companies will be challenged to „give it all“ while the Software Developer asks difficult and hair raising questions to challenge the companies.

1-on-1 Talks

At 7 p.m., 1-on-1 talks between companies and Software Developers follow to intensify conversations, clarify detailed questions and outline options of a potential employment. These talks are conducted in a familiar, personal and relaxed atmosphere at the companies‘ stations.

Buffet & Party

Before the event shifts to the legendary Afterwork Party with refreshing drinks and club beats at 8 p.m., all participants enjoy a tasty snack buffet. A relaxed atmosphere promises entertainment and networking with the startup scene, joining the Afterwork Party as well, among others.
